I've got more time now, but last year was quite a different story, and I know exactly what you mean about how great that first run after a bit of time off feels. Doing what you can is definitely most important, and enjoying what you do. I've been trying to gain weight through working out and eating more, and it's just so hard with a limited budget and time. I try not to put too much pressure on myself and don't have too-specific goals (like lose/gain a pound a week or workout 4 times a week), since I know things can get in the way. <br /><br />Don't beat yourself up- be proud that you do what you can and that you even WANT to better yourself- that's the great part!
